The bed came wrapped in a box. Obviously I was one of the lucky ones and I didn’t get one that smelled like many who referred to it. I also didn’t have to wait for 48 hours to “inflate” the volume; it only took a few hours. Let me say that the bed is very comfortable. I expected it to be a little plush than it is. It seems that the foam density of 2-3 lbs is the softest you can get with a memory foam bed, that is what I think the density of 3 lbs. It’s hard to explain how it is so soft, but it is very static. It’s not something you’ll drown in. I’ve read that putting memory foam headdresses on top helps if you want something softer but so far, I don’t see the need for it personally ,This best tempurpedic mattress for fibromyalgia.

After the first night, I was concerned about my sleep temperature. Sure, the bed traps heat differently than a normal bed. However, after the second or third night, I didn’t notice any difference in temperature (I am a person who can’t sleep well when it’s hot), I no longer feel the heat, I no longer deal with back problems and can get a restful nights.
